Helpful people - product required recieved

Ordered some very specific bulbs. Unfortunately the Order and Online description of Bulb size and Model did not match. I send an email and was called by EcoSmart to sort out the issue. I provided them with all the details in an email. EcoSmart found their Supplier had made changes to the models and sizes. They were able to track down the correct Light Bulbs that I needed and they sent it out express. Some minor delays in between - but much appreciating their effort to sort out the issue !!
