Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you are able to request a return or replacement. As soon as you receive your order, be sure to check your products. To request a return/replacement, please contact sales@ecosmartlighting.com.au or call +61 2 9517 2701. The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product.
