Service good, product disappointing

We took delivery of six CLA 18w halogen globes for our living room. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. Two of the globes were installed almost immediately but disappointingly one of them has failed after no more than two weeks. While the price we paid was not enormous, we expected far more than only two weeks use. Perhaps the company might offer a comment (or replacement).
